The Northern Estuary Media Network
The Northern Estuary Media Network, often abbreviated to "NEUmet", is a social broadcasting and information station for the Northern Estuary University. The network is commissioned by the University.The station covers various areas including student life, local events, sporting events and educational programmes. The network also offers limited interactive services including information retrieval such as scheduled events and transport information. The network is available throughout the on-campus accommodation as well as being able to be picked up by normal receivers in the Northern Estuary region.
Relatively new, the NEUmet was introduced just shortly after the original induction of the University. The station is hosted on the whole by Ajisai and Forget Me Not, originally two media students from Neo Moscow and Neo Tokyo 11 respectively. They were selected from several candidates before the launch. Since become iconic of the station they host, and serve somewhat as mascots for the University.
