naut-cotic Prologue

Page Transcript

There's a sinking in my heart,
a violent torrent in my head.
There's nothing to believe,
standing in sanity's ebb.
Showing only shallow remorse,
for the souls that I forsake.
A turbulent sea ever expands,
with torment left in my wake.
Page Notes

A small sentimental point of interest; In panel 2 the verse ends with the words "sanity's ebb", this was the original name for the project that became naut-cotic.
